How long do I have to return an item?

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice with reason for return within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Items received after 14 days but within 20 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 20 days. We unfortunately cannot confirm delivery of your return, but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 5 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.

Madame Pure Sport Collection: Sportwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

How do I exchange an item?

China

Please see the above section for our return policy and return address. Please write a note on your invoice indicating which item(s) you are returning and what items, colors, and sizes you’d like for your exchange. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded onto your credit card. We unfortunately cannot hold items for exchanges, but if your item(s) are unavailable at the time of processing, we will do everything we can to get the item(s) for you. If your requested item(s) have completely sold out, we will notify you by email and will refund you instead. Please note that it takes 5 business days for us to process exchanges. We unfortunately cannot confirm delivery of your return, but you will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.

EUROPE and USA

For an exchange, please email our customer service at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request a new size or style. Send back your unworn garment, and upon receiving it, we will charge or credit the difference in price onto your credit card. Please note that it takes 3-5 days for us to process returns. You will receive an email when your card is credited for a return. Also, it takes 3-5 days for us to process exchanges. You will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.

May I return to a Madame Pure Shop?

Items purchased on Madame Pure.com may be returned to any Madame Pure P.R China boutique for Exchange or Store Credit within 14 days of purchase date. In Store returns will only be accepted and processed upon presentation of an original receipt from Madame -pure.com. Store Associates will send the returned merchandise back to our warehouse free of charge. You will receive your refund once we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse and process the return. Returns sent from the stores may take up to 2 weeks to process.
